Semester ticket additional ("Semesterticket – Zusatzkarte")
The Additional ticket (“Zusatzkarte”) is an option available for all students of FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg,TH Nürnberg, Evangelische Hochschule Nürnberg, and Hochschule für Musik. The Additional ticket is a personal season ticket issued for the student's individual registration number (“Matrikelnummer”).

- Valid 24/7 (no restrictions)
- Valid for the entire semester (6 months)
- Valid on public transport (2nd class) throughout the VGN area
- Discounts for recreation activities in the region
- 1 bicycle only in the tariff zones 100, 200, 300, 400 without local rail passenger transport (S-Bahn, RE, RB) during the validity time of the "Basisticket".
